1.1. We are a company, Polleo Adria d.o.o, referred to as "Polleo Sport," and, as per the LeoClub Rewards Program Rules, we are considered the manager of the LeoClub Rewards Program. In these rules, Polleo Sport is also referred to as "Polleo Sport," and the LeoClub Loyalty Program as the "Program."
1.2. These rules govern the relationship between program members and Polleo Sport as the program manager.
1.3. The program's goal is to provide its members with benefits. Every member of the loyalty program, by accessing the program, confirms that they have read and understood the provisions of these rules and fully accept them.
1.4. By accessing the program and each time you use a LeoClub card made of plastic or electronically, the member confirms that they accept the rules in effect at the time of card usage, as well as other documents to which these rules apply.
1.5. Members will be informed of changes to the program policies at leoclub.polleosport.at.
1.6. This version of the rules is effective from June 5, 2019.

2.2. Individuals aged 16 or older who meet all the requirements as per these rules, provide all the required consents, and submit the requested personal data can participate in the program. In case of changes to personal data or withdrawal of the required consent, members will inform Polleo Sport appropriately and/or send an email to shop@polleosport.eu
2.3. The benefits and rules will be made publicly accessible at any time via the website leoclub.polleosport.at/rewards-rules, governing the rules and methods of collecting and calculating reward points, as well as other information about the rewards and benefits of the program. The reward rules may change at any time, and such changes do not constitute an alteration to these rules.
3.1. To become a member, a person aged 16 or older should fill out all the required fields on the application form when completing the application form: first name, last name, gender, date of birth, postal address, mobile number, and email address.
3.2. Members can complete the application form through digital terminals in Polleo Sport stores, through the Polleo Sport website, or through the mobile LeoClub application.
3.3. By completing the application form, a person applies for membership in the program and unconditionally accepts these rules as well as other documents to which the rules refer.
3.4. By issuing a plastic or electronic card at a digital kiosk, mobile application, or webshop, Polleo Sport accepts the member's access to the program. The LeoClub card is not transferable and can only be used by the member to whom it belongs.
3.5. The card is numbered, and the number of each card is linked to the card's information.
3.6. The member may only use their LeoClub card for the purposes of the program and in accordance with the rules listed here.
3.7. The LeoClub card is valid exclusively in Austria at selected Polleo Sport outlets and on the webshop www.polleosport.eu
4.1. Program members can be natural persons aged 16 or older, residing in the European Union, who have previously filled out the application form.
4.2. Members may use the program's benefits exclusively for personal use by presenting their own LeoClub card.
4.3. Upon entry into the program, the member is provided with their LeoClub account, where transactions and benefits obtained in Polleo Sport stores or on the webshop are recorded. A member is entitled to only one LeoClub account. Additional information regarding the terms of use of the Polleo Sport webshop can be found at https://polleosport.eu/terms and under Terms and Conditions.
4.4. By entering personal information on the application form, the member is explicitly and unequivocally informed that they are giving consent to receive information about the program, as well as offers and benefits via mobile phone, LeoClub account, and email.
4.5. Polleo Sport is not responsible for any actions taken via the member's LeoClub card or LeoClub account. In case of loss or theft of a LeoClub card, the member should notify Polleo Sport by email at shop@polleosport.eu
5.1. Polleo Sport processes the personal data of program members exclusively for the purpose of the program and to execute the program. Polleo processes the personal information collected during the registration of program members (via the application form, by phone, through a mobile application, or a webshop) as well as data collected about members during their use of the program as the program manager. 5.2. The program's privacy policy is available at leoclub.polleosport.at/Privacy Policy and contains more detailed information about how members' personal data is processed, how their personal data is protected, members' rights regarding their personal data, the retention period for personal data, and other related information, as well as information on withdrawing any consents granted.
6.1. Polleo Sport has the right to terminate program elements or the entire program at any time without prior notice. All changes to Polleo Sport program policies will be published on the website leoclub.polleosport.com. The changes become effective 14 days after the date of announcement, and members will be notified in a timely manner. In the event that changes to the program rules affect the condition or ability to use the points or benefits of any member, that member will be informed within 14 days or by the date the change or rule change takes effect that points or benefits must be used. Which points or benefits cannot be redeemed?
6.2. Membership in the program ends:

The member has the right to resign from the program at any time by properly completing the application for resignation from the program, which can be sent to the email address shop@polleosport.eu. Resignation from the program takes effect within 30 days of receiving the aforementioned request by Polleo Sport.
6.4. Polleo Sport may exclude a member from the program without special or prior notice in case of a violation of the rules or as needed to fulfill a contractual or legal obligation.
6.5. On the day of the termination of the program, the day of resignation, or the day of exclusion, the member permanently loses all membership rights, including the right to all points or benefits obtained so far.
6.6. Polleo Sport is not liable for material or non-material damages resulting from the member not being informed about points or benefits, or the member losing the right to, or being unable to exercise, those points or benefits, except in cases of intent or gross negligence by Polleo Sport.
6.7. Polleo Sport is not responsible for the accuracy of the information in the application form and for any material or immaterial damages that may arise on this basis.
7.1. In case of disputes regarding the program, the law of the Republic of Croatia applies, and the competent district court is the District Court of Zagreb.
