Fatburner are thermogenic burners, meaning they work during physical activities and help the body burn more fat. The higher the body temperature (and oxidation during training), the faster our metabolism works, and more energy is consumed from our body fat. Fat burners with caffeine and Guarana are not suitable for individuals with high blood pressure.
