Isolates are high-quality protein supplements derived from whey, with a protein content exceeding 90%. Isolates are obtained either through the micro-filtration process or the ion exchange method. The micro-filtration process eliminates lactose and fats, meaning the resulting isolates contain almost no fats and are lactose-free.
