ATLETICORE Fid Bench is an extremely strong and compact bench constructed to withstand the heaviest loads!

By simply pulling the safety pin, you can quickly and easily adjust the seat's height. The bench's backrest angle can be adjusted to 7 different positions from decline, through flat, to incline positions by changing the lever's support point. Adjusting the seat and backrest will allow you to perform all barbell and dumbbell exercises.
