Shipping and Payment Information

After completing the order, you will receive an order confirmation via email. If the product is not immediately available, the provider will inform you about any possible delay (either by phone or email). The order can then be confirmed or canceled. In case of cancellation, the paid amount will be refunded within 10 working days.

Delivery to Address

Shipping costs for orders under 49.99 Euros are 4.99 Euros; shipping is free for orders over 49.99 Euros. For orders over 49.99 Euros, you can choose one of the offered gifts instead of free delivery.

For orders over 49.99 Euros, only one gift can be selected, meaning you cannot get both free delivery and a gift.

Pickup in Store

This option is free of charge. For orders over 49.99 Euros where the in-store pickup option is chosen, free delivery is automatic; the option of a gift instead of free delivery is not available in this case.

Other Delivery Conditions

The ordered items will be packaged to prevent damage during normal transport. Please check upon arrival if the goods are undamaged.

In case of damage, please notify us promptly via email at shop@polleosport.eu, including photos. The products are insured in case of loss during delivery.
