This document explains to program members exactly what we do with your personal data.

This document describes how we collect, use, and process your personal data and how we comply with our legal obligations to you.

Your privacy is important to us and we care about the security and protection of your rights.

2. Data to be Processed

We process the personal data you provide to us when registering/participating in the program, exclusively when communicating with Polleo Sport via phone calls, emails, mobile applications, and profiles on the Polleo Sport and LeoClub Rewards Program websites.

Data to be processed:

• Name, gender, address, date of birth, mobile number, email address, i.e., the information you provided to us when registering for the program. We also process any changes you make to the information you later provided.

• Additional information such as: fitness goal, sports goal, and preferred brand

• Transaction data when purchasing a LeoClub card: date and time of the transaction, account number, type of transaction, point of sale, amount spent, payment method, products and their quantity, number of points received, number of points spent

• Information about your membership in the program and the use of program benefits such as: date of joining/entry into the program, information on the program benefits achieved such as points collected, vouchers used, etc.

• Information on benefits and news from our offer that we send by email, notifications in the mobile application, through the member's web profile, etc. In some cases, we may record the time of receipt of messages we send via the aforementioned electronic means of communication.

3. Why Do We Process Your Data?

We process your personal data based on membership in the program to obtain benefits for the membership. Benefits include offering all our products and services, news notifications, tools, applications, events, and promotions. To be informed about the benefits of memberships and other services you have given us your consent for, we send you notifications by email and/or SMS and/or newsletter and/or mobile application. We will keep our members informed about products, services, competitions, and other current benefits they can receive as part of the program.

4. Personal Data Security

The personal data exchanged between you and Polleo Sport are transmitted via state-of-the-art links. All used IT systems are protected against unauthorized access to security systems, and employees are bound by the confidentiality of the information.

5. Who Can Access Your Personal Data?

• Polleo Sport employees and affiliated companies who exclusively access your information to manage and achieve the program's goals. In this case, Polleo Sport employees can only access the data related to their area of processing.

• Third parties who have information about your finances, such as financial or credit institutions.

• Public authorities based on legal obligations or in case of emergency situations.

6. How Long Do We Keep Your Personal Data?

We store your personal data while you are a member of the program. In case of termination of the program, your data will be anonymized.

Anonymized information will not allow anyone to identify you as an individual, and we can use it for analytical and statistical purposes.
