BCAA consists of three acids: L-leucine, L-valine, and L-isoleucine, making up to 1/3 of all amino acids in muscle tissue.

The body primarily uses BCAAs during physical exertion, including workouts. Studies have shown that taking BCAAs before exercise can alter the hormonal response to high-intensity training, reducing the catabolic effect during prolonged effort.
BCAA supplements during prolonged effort can prevent a drop in plasma BCAA levels, stabilize free tryptophan levels compared to BCAA levels, minimize serotonin elevation, and improve physiological and psychological responses to prolonged exertion. These data should be considered preliminary, as many more experiments are needed to confirm these results with certainty.
Mix 1 full teaspoon (approximately 5.6g) with water. Use between meals, 30-40 minutes before training, and/or after training.
