Usage Instructions:

Preparation with boiling water: Mix 30 g (1 scoop) with 100-150 ml of boiling water, stir well, and let it sit for 1-2 minutes before consuming. Microwave preparation: Mix 30 g (1 scoop) with 100-150 ml of cold water or milk, stir well, microwave for 2 minutes, and stir again before consuming. 

Important Information: Scoops provide approximately 30 g of product. For precise measurement, using a scale is recommended.
