Recommended Intake:

Preparation with boiling water: Mix 30g (1 scoop) with 100–150ml of boiling water, mix well, and let it stand for 1–2 minutes before consuming. Microwave preparation: Mix 30g (1 scoop) with 100–150ml of cold water or milk, mix well, microwave for 2 minutes, and stir again before consuming. 

Important Information: Spoons yield approximately 30g of product. For precise measurement, the use of a scale is recommended.
