Ingredients: Creatine monohydrate, capsule shell (cellulose), anti-caking agent (magnesium salts of fatty acids). Allergens: May contain traces of oats, barley, wheat, fish, milk and soya. Directions for use: Take 4 capsules a day close to high-intensity exercise. Important information: Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet.
