Dextrose, also known as grape sugar, is a high-quality source of fast energy because the body immediately supplies it with energy after consumption, while all other carbohydrates must first be converted into glucose before they can be used for energy in the body. Such transformations take time and energy. This is also the reason why dextrose is the best form of simple carbohydrate intake for athletes who have increased energy needs and often require an immediate source of energy during long activities.

Usage:

Mix 20 g (¼ scoop) with 125 ml of water and consume once a day during or after training.
