Usage:
Mix 1 serving (12.5 g) with 200 ml of water and take once daily 30 minutes before training. It's slightly carbonated, so it's recommended to open the shaker's lid every 5 seconds while mixing to avoid possible pressure buildup.
Note: Dietary supplement is not a substitute for a balanced diet. Keep out of reach of small children.
Warning: Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Pregnant women, nursing mothers, and individuals under the age of 16 should not use creatine. Consumption may lead to an increase in body weight due to water accumulation in the muscles. Beta-alanine may cause harmless tingling that can last up to 2 hours. Ensure that you are well-hydrated.
