Description

Glutamine, which can be considered the "mother" of all amino acids, has rightfully become the most popular amino acid. Glutamine can be synthesized from various amino acids (glutamic acid, valine, and isoleucine). However, during illness or stressful situations (exercise is also a stressful situation), our muscles require as much glutamine as our body can no longer produce independently, so external intake is necessary.

Usage: It is recommended to take 2 - 6 grams of glutamine 1 - 4 times a day. It is definitely worth taking it after training and before sleep with a carbohydrate shake rich in proteins.
