The Mizuno Wave plate in the midsole ensures better torsional stability and responsiveness of the running shoe. The outsole is made from X10 carbon rubber, which provides excellent grip on various surfaces.

The fabric, lining, insole, and wave plate are made from 90% recycled materials.
