HMB (Calcium Hydroxymethylbutyrate) is a metabolite of leucine, which is the most important amino acid of BCAA. It is produced during the breakdown of leucine, and supplementing with HMB can stimulate protein synthesis in your body.

HMB can be used in combination with other supplements such as Whey Protein or Creatine Monohydrate. This combination has been proven to enhance physical performance during consecutive short-term, high-intensity exercises.

Usage:
