Usage Instructions:

Mix 37g (1 tablespoon) with about ½ tablespoon of skimmed milk or water. Shake or stir vigorously until you get the usual pancake batter look. Pour the mixture into a pan without a handle and fry over medium heat until it turns golden brown on both sides. Experiment with the thickness of the batter, pancake size, and cooking time to get pancakes that suit your taste!
