Usage:
As a dietary supplement, mix 1 scoop with 200-300ml or 2 scoops with 400ml of cold water. Mix the whole thing in a shaker or with a hand mixer for about 30 seconds. Drink 1 to 2 servings daily throughout the day or after training.
